How Captain Toto Travel handles the information you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website belongs to Captain Toto Travel (“Captain Toto”), a travel agency. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on +964 750 936 9000 or by email at captaintototravel@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you need, destination, travel date, number of travelers and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the package you asked about (if any), the language of the page and the time you sent it.
Please do not send passport details, payment card details or visa documents through the form. We will tell you how to share documents safely if we need them.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare travel options for you and follow up on your booking request. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
This website is hosted by Wix.com. Enquiries sent through the form are saved in a private collection in our Wix account that only our authorized staff can open, our staff receive a notification in the Wix dashboard and app, and a copy of the enquiry is emailed through Wix to our own inbox (Gmail, operated by Google). Wix processes this information on our behalf; you can read Wix's privacy policy.
Cookies and fonts
Wix sets cookies that the website needs to work. The website's typeface is loaded from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), a public file delivery network, which receives your IP address when it sends the font. We have not added advertising or analytics tools of our own. You can read Wix's cookie policy.
If you choose “Continue in WhatsApp” or tap a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a message you can edit. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to reply to you and to manage any booking that follows.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Contact us on +964 750 936 9000 or at captaintototravel@gmail.com.
